There are lots of possibilities, but all in one of two categories

  1. There is something in there that shouldn't be there. Look carefully, when you find something remove it.
  2. Having eliminated foreign bodies, there is almost certainly something in there that should be there, but has come loose. It can be a long job to check everywhere; you may be able to reduce the problem by localising the probable cause. Try to find out what provokes the vibration - hit keys until you find one or some that do it, then try to see which keys cause the loudest buzz.

If this fails you may need to pay an expert.

when you strum it or bang it or touch it in any way it causes it to vibrate because

when you bang it, it moves all of the stuff inside it and it causes the vibration to make a noise
