My guess.
Your tires are different diameters, the dynamic stability control will not like that.
You could have an electrical problem that causes the warning to not trigger. If you are using a copied key, it may not register with the warning system.
What can cause the RPM on a car to jump while driving is a problem with the transmission. It could be a problem with the gears in the transmission itself.

Definitely narcolepsy.... Causes you to have microsleeps at any time without warning. Obviously very dangerous if you are driving a bus full of people.

my 1995 850 sedan would cut out then i would put in neutral restart go a litttle more and problem would repeat itself. took to dealer bad wire to battery, new wire fixed problem. could be the same, good luck.
