A lot of reactions & diseases. Don't freak out just do your research. Whether you have irritable bowel syndrome, UC, Crohns or you've come in contact with e. coli there are some things you can do right now to ease any pain, discomfort or inflammation you may have.

B/C of the bloody diarrhea you definitely have internal inflammation. Go to a health food store or (some walmarts) and get MSM (in capsule form), a big jug of 100% organic aloe juice ( drink @ least 8 oz. per day). Those are both natural anti- inflammatories. You may also want to try Solaray (that's the brand) Yeast-Cleanse. Full of Caprylic acid ( a great anti viral and bacterial), garlic (very good for your GI track) and magnesium.

Also you need to start taking a good probiotic. You can start with Keifer yogurt. (Learn about probiotics) Do NOT eat anything with nuts or seeds or anything too hard for your body to digest (even the skin of apples) b/c the good bacteria in your digestive system is low. And anything to hard becomes like sand against a wound, only its inside your body and you can't see the damage it is doing.

Lastly it if you can afford it try to buy your produce & meats organic. Pesticides breakdown your immune system. The damage that the food industry has done to our bodies is so severe and also the cause of many sicknesses and diseases. Dont just do what doctors tell you. Do your own research & educate yourself.
