common problem on the Chevy venture, there is a bad circuit board inside the tail light lens on each side. the bulbs plug into it and it costs about $35 each to replace, unless you want oem, then around $120 each.
First check the flashers fuse .Then replace the flasher with a good one. There might be two-one for turn signals and one for 4ways. Or they could be one.
If both turn signals stop working at the same time in both the front and rear of the car, there are two main causes. First, the fuse might have blown, or second, the mechanical or electrical connections may have gone bad.Ê

When you say rear turn signals don't work, I'm assuming the front do work. In this case it is probably not a turn signal switch or flasher, but more likely improper bulb installation or printed circuit board,( bulb holder) fault. Try turning on the E flasher and see if all four flash, if so the problem would be in the turn signal switch in the steering collumn or wiring. A little tough to change for a do it your selfer.
