It could be the bulb that is burned out, but more than likely it is the socket the bulb connects to.

usually means you have a turn signal bulb in the front or rear burnt out.
I would replace the turn signal switch.
If the turn signals flash quickly, its because a bulb is out. Have you tried replacing the bulbs? Have you verified the replacement bulbs are indeed good? Sounds like a bulb or two may be out. The flasher depends on the bulb's current to set the flashing rate. If a bulb is out (or disconnected for some reason) the flasher usually will flash quickly or not at all.
One or two front turn signal bulbs is busted. Check your front turn signal bulbs and replace it.

2 plastic clips hold the entire headlight assembly in just pull them up. Slide the entire assembly out. Bulb turns in there from behind. Replace with the same size bulb. Rich
Your turn signal probably is not flashing because the turn signal lightbulb is burnt out. You could also have a loose wire on the turn signal.
One of your turn signal bulbs is burned out. Either the front or the back.
You may have a "ground loop" problem on the left turn signal. Check the ground wire at the front and rear signal bulbs.
