The only 2 things that can cause this is. They were over torqued to the point of breaking when installed, or they were loose lug nuts not tight to start with. THAT IS THE #1 REASON
Possibly a bad wheel bearing.

Wheels are out of balance
It could be a break drum, rotor, or shoe. It could also be a bad tire. Sometimes they get a bulge, usually on the side you can't see.

My left wheel ticking while driving was causes by brake pads that did not fit. As explained poor fit.
Tire out of balance, bent wheel, loose wheel bearing, defective tire, loose wheel lug nuts, & worn steering or suspension parts.
Answer Ball joints which are located behind the front wheels. Do not ignore it. Your wheel can actually break off while driving. Have it looked at ASAP.
maybe the car need to be linged up n check the power steering.
If the steering wheel is loose while driving the steering rack may be going bad. A bad steering rack leads to a lot of play on the actual wheel.
if while driving you need wheel alignment an/or wheel balancing. if it s just while idling it can be a few things like worn motor mounts clogged fuel injectors causing low or ramping rpms
