Not much info to go on. The year, make and model info may help.
In front of a rail, jump (A) then push (A) again. So, its just pushing A,A in front of a grind rail.

It sounds like bad struts. Push down on the front of the vehicle as hard as you can and let go. If the vehicle bounces more than one time the struts are bad.
Clunking when you hit a bump? Push down on the front and release. If it clunks then, it's a strut. Do each corner and you can tell which side it's on, but both should be replaced

I've owned a 78 and 79 grand prix and removed the rear seat in both. If I recall, the rear seat has bolts in the front. I know that the back of the seat is latched. You simply push down on the cushion in the rear of the seat to push the hook back far enough that you disengage it from the hook - once pushed down, I believe you pull it forward. There are two - about the middle thirds of the seat. If there aren't bolts in the front, the it also has push down latch releases - push down and pull foward.
