Was the mastectomy on the left side? The most likely reason is that there is still internal swelling which is compressing a nerve so that it doesn't behave normally. This is especially true if the lymph glands in the armpit have been removed. Or, the nerve may have been damaged during surgery.

∙ 13y agoIce? or whatever they use for when you go to the dentist and they numb your teeth, you can inject that stuff in your boob ( not use that smart though) or you can get the numbness cream stuff. Im sure there's such thing as that.
