You may have a faulty fuse or wires that are touching, which triggers the system. You will need to have your car professionally diagnosed to be certain.

Check your theft security system.
The security system prevents unauthorized operation of the car, your system has been tripped, and the car disabled. You will need to reset the security system to start it. If you have the original key you should be able to do it.

The only method of disarming the security system is thru the door locks, if it does not disarm; this will entail a fault in the security system. First, the vehicle battery will have to be tested, a low, or shorted battery can trigger the security as well. If the battery is good, the sytem will need electrical diagnosis, which I recommend be done at the dealer, since they are more familiar with this vehicle's security system, than most independent facilities are.
The factory alarm causing the issue would be the security light flashing above the RPM guage. If the security light is flashing and the car will not start, follow the directions listed below. To reset the factory alarm, turn the ignition switch to the "on" position NOT the start position for 15min. You will see the security light go off after 15min.
