Air leak.
there are four air suspension relays (selonoids). they are located at the top of each air boot. you'll see a small wire harnes with a connector going to it. my opinion is to just changed the realy(it's really a selonide--does same thing).

rear bags are bad or there is a leak going to the rear. you can check at the pump and see if the tube for the rear came off.
Probably a worn out bushing in the suspension. There are a fair amount to choose between.
What causes 2001 to run hot while going down the road
the tans. is going out. it still has a bit of life but hey it happens. your going to have to get a new one.
As with most vehicles today, the Navigator has a serpentine belt. This is a long piece of rubber. Rubber stretches over time. When serpentine belts stretch, they get loose on the pulleys. Of course, the squeal you hear could be a bearing going.
You should check the air suspension switch, located on the passenger's side of the trunk. If the switch is off, the light will come on, also check the air suspension fuse. If both of these are OK, then the pump could possibly be going out.
no, that sounds like the brakes are grinding because the are ready to be changed, check them out immediately.
No, the wheel and tires should both be straight at the same time.
does both sides raise tho? if so and one side is higher than the other its because someone jacked your car up without turning off the air suspension switch, if this is so your going to have to take it to the dealer to get it calibrated from them. its pretty expensive from what i have herd.
if its squeaking it could be to do with the suspension joints or the the suspension bushes, you will hear this mostly when accelerating, braking or going round corners. if its squealing all the time it could be your cam belt or the brake pad squealers, they squeal when they are too worn out and need replacing.
