There are a variety of reasons that teenagers have to deal with stress at their age, hormonal changes, peer pressure, parents expectations or the lack of, home problems, girlfriends/boyfriends, school and the pressure of the future, work, as adults we can look back and remember the overwhelming feelings of the decisions we have to make that will inevitably impact our future and it is a lot to put on people at such a young age.
my opinion is presser parents, coach's, and teachers put WAY too much stress in kid between good grades ,doing well in sports AND doing house hold chores sometimes it's just to much so when ever you go to yell at a kid for a careless mistake stop and think hey there human to just like me
peer pressure, homework, if they have a job, balancing their stress can be pretty stressful. studying is extremely stressful
