The egg turns into rubber and makes itself into a ball
flour water and vinegar
egg has more water molecules than vinegar so when egg is placed in vinegar water molecules move from the egg to the vinegar due to osmosis, which is defined as "the movement of water molecules from higher concentration to lower concentration thru a partially permeable membrane" there fore the water molecules move inward. The proof is that the egg got larger and this was because water moved into the egg after the shell disintegrated from the 5% of acid in the vinegar. (the other 95% is water)
Starch
.
Starch is insoluble in water and in alcohol supposedly. Sugar is highly soluble in warm water and alcohol. A warm vingar (vinegar has a small amount of alcohol) soak with multiple strains (or a centrifuge if you have it) may easily do the trick. Personally I would water down the vinegar if it's a food preparation issue. Possibly also pure grain alcohol would be able to be evaporated out the starch at the end of the process if the vinegar left too much of a taste. Good luck, Isai Ani +.
Vinegar evaporates quicker then water because the acid inside of vinegar causes the sun to make the molecules inside the vinegar to boil faster then the water so then the molecules inside the vinegar will break apart faster until the vinegar is completely gone Acetic acid enthalpy of vaporization is lower compared to the same property of water.
When cornstarch is mixed with vinegar, it makes a cloudy solution. It cannot dissolve in the vinegar, so it creates a liquid that has cornstarch particles floating in it turning the liquid cloudy.
Without adding a chemical, i can only think of lowering the temperature
This is the continuous Brownian movement of water molecules.
Winds and subsea movement of water.
Starch consist of two types of natural polymers.NamelyAmylopectinAmyloseAmylopectin is water soluble but Amylose is water insoluble.this is reason why starch don't dissolve in water
No. Water contains nothing but water. It can contain starch if starch is added to it.
