Yes and no. There are nerves that innervate your skin and bones and meningeal coverings as well as the nerves that convey all of the input from your special sense organs but there are no "proper" nerves in your brain. In other words, your brain cannot feel anything itself. It can only interpret what other parts of your body are feeling.
The peripheral nervous system has an intrinsic ability for repair. But not the central nervous system which includes the spinal cord and brain.
Motor attacks cause parts of the body to jerk repeatedly. A motor attack usually lasts less than an hour and may last only a few minutes.
Dorsal and ventral roots are a feature of spinal nerves only. Cranial nerves do not have dorsal and ventral roots.
Nerves connect all parts of the body to the Central Nervus System (CNS) This is a long cord of nerves that travel up the spine and into the brain. The brain is the control of the Central Nervus System The brain. Everytime you touch something, a signal is almost instantly sent to your brain and back, "telling" you how to react. Like if you were to touch something hot accidentally, you jerk your hand away very quickly. It is because your brain "tells" you it's hot, and not to touch it anymore.
sounds like the pressure control sol. is bad.its inside the trans.on the valve body.(the valve body is in the side cover on the trans.)
A nerve is a bundle of individual neurons. There are approximately 100 billion neurons in the human body (about the same number of stars in our Milky Way galaxy), but there are only 214 nerves in the human body.
dude you're a jerk if you only like that girl cuz she has a good body

Only if you plug yourself in, The answer is no, nerves transmit tiny DC electrical charges.
I feel it is the rear brake releasing or hanging up only does it once in a while. Steve B
Your body does not think- it responds to stimuli and nerves that carry messages constantly through the body everyday. The only part of your body that truly thinks is your brain, which send all the signals to your body.
Sodapop only smokes when something is bugging him or "to steady his nerves or when he wants to look tough" (97).

The only thing I can think of that causes a relation between the two is that they are both innervated by post-ganglionic sympathetic nerves and interpret the signals received from these nerves into hormonal signals.
The only "organ" of the nervous system is the brain, but there are nerves in most organs of the body.
Neuropathy is a common problem in patients with diabetes. Unfortunately, it is only partially prevented by good glucose control. Neuropathy can cause numbness, tingling, or burning in the affected areas, which is not reversible. It is usually progressive. Neuropathy not only occurs in the somatic nerves (sensory nerves), but also in the autonomic nerves, where it causes gastroparesis.
