Shaft from distributor could be stripped or the screen on oil pump my be clogged but most likely its the shaft coming from pump to the distributor is stripped or broke
It is connected to the front of the crankshaft, in the area behind the timing belt. There is an oil pick-up in the oil pan at the bottom of the engine, and a tube connects the pick up to the oil pump.
worn out oil pump gears,housing,pump cover,oil pick up pipe cracked or seal worn out.
It is inside of the oil pan. You will have to remove the oil pan to get to it.
Generaly the tube goes towards the front of the engine.

Check oil pressure with a manual gauge
Oil pump is out or pick up fell into pan. Either way, you have to drop it to find out.
Bad oil pump are stoped up oil pump pick-up screen. Worn out engine bearings. when the oil is cold it is thicker and as it heats up it gets thinner.

remove timing cover remove oil pan and oil pick up pull timing belt and replace oil pump and gasket. reinstall
The oil pump should be located inside the oil pan. Drop the pan and it will have a pick-up tube connected to it. Good luck.
