After looking for the front end rattle on my 2002 Dodge Caravan for at least 5 years and changing the struts and sway bar links I finaly found it when my radiator started to leak. After pulling the radiator I saw that the trans cooler had broken loose from the mount it was attached to. It is attached to the very flimsy mount with 4 aluminum pop rivets which were all broken. The cooler was floppiing up and down and the lines attached to it were banging on the inside of the sheet metal they were running thru. I drilled a hole in the upper and lower mounts and ran a piece of allthread between them and secured them with nuts and lock washers on each side . This brought the the mounts tightly against the cooler. I also wrapped some wire over the mounts to keep them aligned on the cooler. On the other side I cut some pieces of heater hose and wrapped them around the lines so they would't rattle against the sheet metal they ran thru. This fixed the problem.
I don't know why your front end rattles, only my back end rattles. XD
Sounds like the shock bushings are worn out are loose.
To cure brake rattle replace the caliper pins with new ones do both sides and be sure to lubricate the new pins with high temp silicon brake lube.
possible missing anti rattle clip on brakes....had same concern on 02 front brakes
Most likely under-inflated tire
Check the heat shield on the catalytic converter
it could be lose bolts, screws, brake pads or disks.
it sounds like your strut has served it's purpose in this life.
Possably the struts!!!!
it gets destroyed
More info: '97 Honda, the right front tire was recently patched by a tire shop. Squeak occurs when the car bounces on bumps, holes, rough road.
bad header seal
