MANY THINGS SEE MD I have had this numbing and tingling problem on and off for years when I'm sleeping as well and have found that whenever it starts up again I take "Circulation Blend SP-11B" by Solaray, 2capsules 1 to 3 times a day depending on how severe it is for a few weeks and it goes away for several months before coming back. One can take it always of course to avoid it from coming back. All natural and just helps to circulate blood through the body. Good luck!

∙ 14y agoHi guys...so worried about d tingling sensation in hands n sometimes in legs while sleepin o after gettin up frm sleep??Firstly i would like to say der is nothin to worry about.I had d same problem frm past four months.Recently i visited a doctor n underwent Nerve Conduction Test. The test res wer pretty decent n it happens coz of "weekness in nerves" n doc said it can be cured wit d help of tablets.
Doc prescribed me a tab REJUNEX(methylcobalamin-0.5mg,Alpha Lipoic Acid-100mg) for a period of three months.
Found tis tab reaal usefill to overcome tingling sensation.

∙ 11y agoWhen your arms are bent or having pressure put on them, there are veins/arteries in your arm which are making the blood flow around your body and down your arm. When you flatten one of those arteries the blood flow stops and you get this tingly sensation in your arm. They call it "sleepy arm" or "my arm just fell asleep". I hope I answered your question!
