im not relly sure the cause of it is the citrus accid witch turns into accidic High acidic pH can be caused by having too much acid in your diet. Certain foods and drinks such as red meat, animal protein, soft drinks and coffee are highly acidic. You can counter-balance this condition by eating things of alkaline nature. A search for "alkaline foods" will yield you a good list.
