Faulty wiring, faulty CECU.
check the fuse panel and the fuses
You probably have a short in your abs system which has blown your fuse try pulling the fuse. This happened in my 2000 sunfire and I pulled the fuse and all the gauges work now.
check fuses with test light under dash
The dashboard indicator light might have a loose connection. The dashboard indicator light might have a corroded or loose ground wire.
most likely a bad turn signal flasher
it could have to do with the preasure systems. or your gears may be grinding. go to your machanic and check it out :p
A cracked wire or worn insulation may cause intermittent stoppages.
when you had that problem did the van start? we have the same stuff going on but ours wont start
Its the fuse and if not its the fuse Boxs. by the cluch or brake peddle.
It could mean: 1. Ignition is off / engine is stopped 2. Fuse of dashboard is damaged 3. Problems with wire
It sounds as if you have a defective ignition switch. The next time it happens you need to turn the key slightly. If it starts working then the ignition switch is bad.
it;s called a rally k circuit expensive part and you have to remove the dash to get to it when i had mine estimated it ran about 500.00 but that was 8 years ago
