The cave itself is known as the whirl islands, but you must first have the silver wing, and a Pokemon that knows waterfall and one that knows whirlpool. I haven't played silver in some time, but I don't think it matters which entrance to the islands you use, however if it does , there are only four entrances, and you'll just have to try them all
