Initially when Hitler became the Fuhrer he was able to get people jobs, homes and food. This made the Germans very happy. When Hitler started killing Jews and other undesirable people the populous started learning he was not so perfect. He ruled with deception, manipulation, and brainwashing. Children had to sing a song saying Hitler was their savior and they pledged themselves to him. The general populous had to greet others with Heil Hitler or else the Wehrmacht, SS or Gestapo would get after them. Some were killed for failing to do so. So while industry soared the life of the people went down hill. The Underground Resistance was formed. They did an excellent job of covertly and overtly fighting against the Germans and working with the English secret agents. The sad thing about Germany is that at the beginning of Hitler's rule the German people were starving, homeless and jobless and at the end of the war they were homeless, jobless and starving again. After the war they recovered with a new democratic government and a new economy.

Does a dictatorship have the right to vote?

A dictatorship is a definition of a state in wich the government has 'dictates' its will. This definition includes the former Soviet union, Khadaffi's regime and Hitlers nazi Germany. These regimes were dictatorships although they regularly (some) held votes. So the right to vote has nothing to do with the definition of a dictatorship.
