The Bible doesn't give a comprehensive or detailed list of all sins. But Jesus and the apostles did provide some lists of sins that are intended to give believers an idea of what are and aren't considered sins. You may be interested in the following passages in the New Testament in which Jesus and the apostles offer lists of some things that are sins: Matthew 15:19, Mark 7:21; Acts 15:20,29, 21:25; 2 Corinthians 12:21; Galatians 5:19; Ephesians 5:3; Colossians 3:5; 1 Thessalonians 4:3-6; 1 Timothy 1:9-10; Revelation 9:21.
This would be a monumental task. You need to get a computerized concordance and do this. If you were to list them all, you would not gain anything because it sounds like you want to try to keep all the rules which is not possible. There are hundreds of sins listed. That is why we needed Jesus to come to save us from our sins. Look at the book of Galatians and Romans, read them and you will see why this is true.
God instituted all these rules for two reasons: to show man that he could not live up to God's standards in his own strength, and for the Israelites and others to have a code to live by until Jesus came several thousand years later.
If you are a true Christian, this should be your mindset. One time Jesus was being tempted by a lawyer to say the wrong thing. He was asked, which is the greatest commandment? Jesus said, "Love the Lord your God with all your being, and love your neighbor as yourself."
If you do this you won't sin against God or man. Look at your lifestyle and judge it by these two things. If you love God you won't offend him by your lifestyle or thoughts etc. If you love your neighbor you won't do anything that will hurt them in any way.
We can only accomplish this in God's strength, not ours but through the Holy Spirit. Trying to keep all the rules is impossible because if you make one mistake in any law you have violated all of the law. If you read those two books I mentioned, you will see this.

Answer:
There is one definition of "sin" in the Bible: "...Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW." (I John 3:4)
Paul further elaborated on it, as to what law God is talking about.
"...What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had known sin, but BY the law: for I had not known LUST, except the law had said, THOU SHALT NOT COVET." (Rom.7:7)
Thou shalt not covet is one of the Ten Commandments. Therefore... sin is the breaking of the Ten Commandments.
