I can't say that any of her children had mental problems, but her youngest son Leopold, considered the Queen's most intelligent sons, had hemophilia, her daughter, Princess Alice was a carrier of the genetic illness and passed it on to her daughtert the Princess Alix of Hesse and By Rhine and her son, Princes Friedrich, had hemophilia. Her daughter Princess Irene also had son's who had the disease and one daughter, May, died when she was 4, nothing was known about possiblity being a carrier. the Princess Alice had some of the struggles with depression, probably mucyh as the same of her father, Prince Albert.
Why not? It's still your child. Who has the child the father with mental problems or the custodial parent? Still if the father has mental problem and he fathered a child...yes he does have to pay child support. Was the father with mental problems receiving some type of disability for his mental problems? If so he is still responsible for paying child support. Does the father have custody of the child? Somebody needs to go back to court ad petition the court.
Death, a feeling of being removed, mental problems.
Well, probably not. But if the person puts on the vaseline without reason or with other not-nice qualities, the kid could get quite upset. I would attribute the mental problems to the adult, rather than to the child.
You can send your children with mental health problems to the following clinics in the United States of America: CDC or NIMH. You can also report your neighbours children if they become too aggressive.
Yes if they have mental problems or they are not ready or too immature they can be held back.
