The Eastern Orthodox Church.
The Church of England.Anglican Catholic Answer!Henry didn't form any church as far as I have been taught! He was a member of the Catholic Church in England, known throughout the ages as the Church in England! The first bishop of that Church was Aristobulos, a friend of S. Paul and who is mentioned in the Ep, to the Romans. What Henry did do was to take sides in a thousand year long dispute regarding the authority within the Church, did it still lay with the apostles through the College of Bishops? Or was it with the Bishop of Rome?Henry and the English Church simply pointed out to Rome, that according to the Canons of the Church no bishop had authority to interfere in another bishop's see. This upset the Bishop of Rome and he refused Henry in to his communion!Regardless of his intention, he did, in fact, create a Protestant denomination.
Henry did not create the Church of England. The provenance of that Church is deep in history, but it has been said that S.Simon Zelotes, the ,'brother,' of Christ brought the faith and Aristobulos, a friend of S.Paul was the first Bishop in Britain! S.Dorotheus of Tyre. Synopsi de Apostol. 9.
Yes, these events are known as the Great Schism when the Roman Catholic church broke off The Orthodox Church.Roman Catholic AnswerIn the Catholic Church, the "Great Schism" usually refers to the Western schism when there were two, sometimes, three claimants to the papal throne. The pope had moved to Avignon, in France; another Pope was elected in Rome. This went on from 1378 until 1417. The Schism of the East in 1054 was between the Catholic Church and what is now called the Orthodox Church, is sometimes now in popular cultures as "the Great Schism". But, as I said, it is confusing as that technically refers to the Schism of the West not the East.

Henry did,'t create the Church of England, the Church in this country was according to sources, one of the oldest Churches outside Palestine! Pilfering money from the Church was a regular and accepted pastime in the middle ages and one of the best practitioners was the Bishop of Rome!. [See Acton's Comments.] The only difference between Henry and many continental monarchs was that Henry didn't steal a bit and leave some for next time, he took it all! As terrible as the ,'Big Steal,' was it was the agrarian, or country side ,people who suffered. Many of the monks received pensions. In my mind, one of the most important decisions Henry took after the Dissolution, was in company with the English Church. to insist that according to the ancient canons of the Church and ecumenical councils, the pope had no authority in another bishop's see!
whatever u need Constantinople has it
The Roman Catholic Church and Eastern Catholic Churches number Holy Orders, which is the Sacrament that confers ordination as bishops, priests, and deacons of the church, among three sacraments that create an indelible mark called a sacramental character on the recipient's soul (the other two are baptism and confirmation). The purpose of the Sacrament is to constitute a person as a minister within the Church.
John Smyth created the Baptist Church in 1609.
Jesus Christ founded his Church here on Earth. He tells Peter and the Apostles his plan to create a Church in Matthew 16. He establishes that Simon (who he bestows the new name, Peter) should be the first Pope of the Church. The Church was not technically founded until Christ sent down the Holy Spirit which happened 10 days after his Ascension in what we now call Pentacost Sunday. After this happened, Peter and the Apostles eventually broke apart and went their own ways. When Peter reached Rome, he established the Church as an institution. That is, the Church had a physical home and an office of Bishop, a teaching authority (called the Magisterium), etc.
Anglican Catholic View! The Anglican Church is clearly one of the oldest churches certainly in the West, but probably outside Palestine! You have also to remember that the Anglican Church is simply the ancient Catholic Church in Britain. There's no way that Henry had any thing at all to do with creating it! If you doubt my word look at the list of early christian fathers who grant an early provenance. S.Simon Zelotes is one person who is named as bringing Christianity here, S.Joseph of Arimathea is another while S.Aristobulos is named as the Fist Bishop of Britain, or the Church in Britain! What Henry did do, whether he did it intentially or not is a debatable point, but Henry's fall out with the Bishop of Rome, for whatever reason failed to get the English Catholics an invite to the robber council of Trent and preserved them from joining the new Holy Roman Church and becoming a catholic sect!
No-one specifically. He told Peter that He (Jesus) would build the Church.
No Henry VIII didn't create the protestant church it was Martin Luther in 1517 Henry VIII only made it officialMArtin Luther actually set up the lutheren church though !
