Roman Catholic AnswerI believe that you will find the Society of St. Pius X very similar to Catholicism. They are fervent Catholics who believe that there hasn't been a valid Pope is Pope Pius XII. The Orthodox churches have very similar doctrines. But in the final analysis, Jesus Christ only founded one church, so by definition, every other church is very far removed from Catholicism because every one of them have denied some essential of the faith that God has preserved for us in His church including the Orthodox, and the Society of Saint Pius X.

What two churchs have the most in common with the Catholic Church?

The Eastern Orthodox Church is first most similar to the Catholic Church but I am not sure which other church is the most similar. I am thinking it is the Anglican church but I am not entirely certain on that..AnswerThe Old Catholic Church, and the Polish National Church, both of which broke from the Church after Vatican Council I; along with the Eastern Orthodox Church are the only Churches that can be so called as they still have valid Orders (they still have a valid priesthood and sacraments). The Anglican "church" is the protestant communion that looks most like the Catholic Church.

Can an Anglican Catholic priest say Mass at a Roman Catholic Church?

The Anglican Church is not called the Anglican Catholic Church, and the Catholic Church is not formally known as the Roman Catholic Church even though the Vatican is indeed located in Rome. Your question therefore would more accurately read, can an Anglican priest say Mass at a Catholic Church. The answer is, the Catholic religion does not allow Anglican priests to officiate at their rituals. The Anglican Church, despite being extremely similar to the Catholic Church in most respects, is nonetheless regarded by Catholicism as a heretical schism.

How did the Catholic Church tax policies weaken the church?

In most countries, in most times, the Catholic Church only taxes the parishes, not individuals. Unless you can ask a more specific question, I would have to say that 1) there are no Catholic Church tax policies for people, and 2) The Catholic Church is the Mystical Body of Christ, and, thus, cannot be "weakened".
