The Mexican Revolution (1910-1921) was a civil war between the Mexican Government and several warlords or caudillos, who fought for improved civil and political rights against dictators Porfirio Diaz and Victoriano Huerta. Most battles fought during the revolution occurred in northern Mexico, but there were also several uprisings in southern Mexico. Some cities affected during the struggle include:
