No, simply no, although it aparently used to have a daylight savings time implement many a year ago it is no longer in effect. There have been proposals for it to be reinstated due to the huge difference in daylight times in the Cape Province. I have two "SkyScan" atomic clocks and they both have an automatic change built in for DaylightSacings time. If your clock does not, go to the time set button on the back and set it back one hour ( the "-" button on my clock). If you do not have an individual reverse button, you will have to go through the entire original setup process.
