There's been quite a few,

Roskilde, Lejre, Snoldelev and Ribe.

Nyborg was the capital of Denmark until 1413 where it was moved to Copenhagen since Denmark at that time was a part of the Kalmar Union, uniting Denmark, Sweden and Norway into one "nation" ruled by the Danish king.
