High schools don't have specialized fields of study. They have general education classes and classes required for college entrance.
Colleges offer a variety of majors and each college is different. If you are starting college and are still undecided as to your area of study, you may want to consider a liberal arts school that will have you take classes in a number of different areas to see what is the best fit for you.

Take as many language classes in high school that you can. Apply to study abroad if possible. In college, you should major in a language and again apply to study abroad.
