My friends graduated from FIDM and from what they told me, the school has a student activities center which has all different kinds of clubs and even volunteer gigs for students. What's even better is the clubs on campus are fashion and entertainment related and that's something you won't find at a traditional CSU or UC for sure (and they all look great on your transcript too!)

FIDM's website has great information on their clubs which may interest you to check out! They have clubs that are related to your major like The Knit Club and Set Decorators Society of America to an honors society club called Phi Theta Kappa. All are great and sound like any FIDM student would have a blast participating in!

FIDM isn't your traditional college so they don't have any school sports but they do have a lot of ways that students can be involved with the school! Oh yeah! There have been plenty of students who graduated with their four year degree then decided to attend FIDM! I have friends who graduated from FIDM and they had students in their classes who came from a wide variety of backgrounds from colleges and universities all across the United States! What's great about having your four year degree is you can attend FIDM and pursue a professional designation degree program which takes less time than an AA! You should check out FIDM's website to see which program you want to major in and see if they offer the professional designation degree but in a nutshell, I think it would be a great complement to your four year degree!
