Community Managers are not so easy as you think.You have to work,struggle and be sincere for the same company for many years.It have to be noticed particularly by the company superiours,HR and even MD point of view.
But you had one option you have to join the post graduate like MTECH or MBA in IIMs or ISB you had an chance to get job as Managers.But you have to get top scores in that also....
