Yes you still have a chance but i suggest that you really try to bring that 2.9 up to 3.5 or higher although 2.9 is not that bad . Apply for colleges and community colleges to see you get accepted to real colleges ,if you do not go to a community collge and two years later you mught be able to transfer.
