There are probably a number of answers to this question, one would be the Cape Colony (South Africa) first settled by the Dutch in 1652 which was then occupied by the British during the first and second occupations.
Connecticut was settled by the Dutch in 1614. It was also settled by the English in 1633 by Reverend Thomas Hooker.
