A darker shade of blue, or possibly purple
As Blue is a primary colour you can not achieve a true blue by mixing.
Orange is a secondary colour resultant of mixing equal parts Red and Yellow (both also primary colours).
In the event you mix orange with blue you will achieve some form of brown.
Orange and blue mixed together makes brown
Those two colors will yield a red-orange similar to coral or an orange-red, depending on which color is more dominant. It's almost red but not quite. If you mix white with it, it will yield colors similar to tangerine and even peach if it's light enough. It just makes reddish orange, because orange is not a primary color. Yellow, Blue and Red are primary colors. Orange is Yellow combined with Red. Purple is blue and red combined, and Green is Yellow and blue combined. When you look at the color wheel, any colors which are on opposite sides of the wheel from each other, when combined make gray, such as Green and Red. Also, these are colors which complement one another very well. (Violet and Orange).
Mixing orange and blue together makes brown. This is because they are complementary colors. The two are opposite each other on the color scheme.
On the additive color wheel, the opposite of Orange would be Blue.
