You will get green by mixing blue and yellow.
Yellow and brown mix to make a muddy yellow color. Depending on what undertones the brown has the color might seem orange or greenish. If there is more brown than yellow the color will be darker.
Ultimately the color will still be a shade of brown, because brown is any color with all 3 primary colors in it. Depending on the brown you start with, the resulting color could be very green or very orange. If you add a large amount of yellow, the result may be a very mucky yellow.
If you are talking about mixing paint colours, nothing added to brown will ever make yellow. Since yellow is a primary colour it can not be mixed from other colours.
