White color is produced when all three primary colors are mixed in equal amount. White color is seen when the three primary colors are reflected equally towards our eyes.
There are generally considered to be three primary colors: red, blue, and yellow. These colors cannot be created by mixing other colors together. However, some people may argue that there are four primary colors when including cyan as a primary color, especially in the context of additive color mixing (like in digital displays).
Various amounts of red, green, and blue, the colors to which each of our three types of cones (in the eyes) are sensitive, produce any color in the spectrum. For this reason, red, green, and blue are called the additive colors.
Some primary colors, such as red, green, and blue, are called additive because they are used in additive color mixing. In additive color mixing, different combinations of these primary colors are added together to produce various colors. For example, adding red and blue light together creates magenta, green and blue light creates cyan, and all three primary colors combined create white light. This is the basis for how colors are produced on electronic screens and displays.
Two primary colors combined creates a secondary color.

on the monitor a computer uses the additive primary colors: red, green, and blue.on the printer a computer uses the subtractive primary colors: cyan, magenta, and yellow with black to get darker shades of color
Red, Green and Blue. When they mix it turned into white color.
The primary light colours are red, green and blue. The seconday light colours are yellow, magenta and cyan. The color palette used for mixing light is also called the "additive palette." The paint mixing palette is also called the "subtractive palette."

None combined do lol. Its a primary or whatever.
You can't! 'cobalt' is an additive derived from ore so is just blue with this added :)
