Yellow is a primary colour, one of three.
Cranberry is a form of Red, also a primary colour.
Mixing them together will result in a bright orange colour.
In order to make a tertiary color, you have to mix a primary and a secondary color. For example: mix yellow (a primary color) and orange (a secondary color)= yellow-orange or yellow-ish- orange.
No colors will mix together to make yellow. It is a primary color.
You'd get orange if you mix red and yellow.
Yellow.. unless you mix it with another color too.
If you mix red and yellow together, you would get ORANGE!! :)
if you mix red, blue, and yellow, you get brown
If you mix yellow and red paint you get orange.
you get the color blue
Blue and yellow
Red and green are mixed to get the color yellow (and to get the colors orange and brown).
A darker yellow....actually, yellow and purple make a darker yellow. Yellow and black make an olive green color, but the shade will depend on the amounts of each color you use to mix.
When mixing colors in pigments, yellow is a primary color. Orange is a secondary color, the result of mixing equal parts red and yellow. When you mix orange and yellow, you get the tertiary color yellow-orange.
