Yellow, I believe. Not yellow. If you are using equal amounts it would make grey. Blue and yellow mixed make green then add equal amount of red becomes grey.
Nothing. you need red and white to make pink. anything else will throw it off.

You would get a grey. Red and yellow make orange and blue is the opposite of orange which if mixed with it will grey it down. The white will lighten the greyed mixture.
