power is red ground is black
Normally red. Check the wires with a volt meter to be sure.
In a 2001 Ford Focus, the radio power wires typically include a yellow wire for constant power and a red wire for switched power. The yellow wire provides power when the ignition is off, while the red wire is energized when the ignition is on. Make sure to check for any blown fuses and ensure proper connections to these wires for the radio to function correctly.
speaker is black-, blue with brownish stripe + on power connector their are 4 wires ,2 of them are black,1 green, last is black with green stripe
Its fairly simple. you will need to unscrew your dash and pull off the front plate of your dash, then you will need to unscrew the stock radio, then you will need to go ahead and pull out the adapter from the back of your radio. Next you will need to attach your adapter harness to your car harness and splice the color coded wires to the harness on your new CD player.-Shocker
If you hard wired the after market radio it is possible you are using the wrong power wire. If you are using a harness make sure the wires are hooked up properly. it is possible that you need to use an alternative power source.
A simple answer for a simple question....lol. Different colored wires in your harness just correspond to different speakers and other accessories that the CD player or radio may be hooked up to.-Shocker

Every wire behind the radio is seperately labeled as to where it goes.
To wire a radio in a 1999 Audi A3, you will typically need to connect the power, ground, and speaker wires according to the color coding. The main power wire is usually red, the ground wire is black or brown, and speaker wires can vary by color (often gray, green, white, and purple). It's important to use a wiring harness specific to the vehicle to avoid cutting factory wires. Always consult a detailed wiring diagram specific to your model for precise connections.
yes you can remove the stock radio and put in an aftermarket radio in the chevy s10. I have a 1990 s10 pickup. You will have some extra unconnected wired with the aftermarket radio but do worry it will work all the same. the wires are color coded to match each other for the most part except for the speaker wires they may be different but will be labeled on the new unit as to what is what. good luck hope ive been helpfull
