If you hard wired the after market radio it is possible you are using the wrong power wire. If you are using a harness make sure the wires are hooked up properly. it is possible that you need to use an alternative power source.

if stock one its fried. if aftermarket may be fried, wires crossed or fried speakers
I changed the factory radio in my 98 Nissan Sentra GXE without any problems. I don't even think that model has any antitheft precautions unless they were installed aftermarket. I put in a Sony radio with CD and USB port. If your new radio doesn't work, make sure all the connections are correct and that your new radio isn't at fault. Make sure you plug the antena in... the stereo wont turn on unless the antena and power plugs are in.
Most likely the speakers are rated for different 'ohms' (or resistance value) in the car stereo wiring. For example, the stock speakers could be rated for 12 ohm wiring, but your aftermarket ones could be rated for 10 ohm wires. The aftermarket speaker would not work, because there is too much resistance in the existing wires. So, either find replace your stock speakers with an OEM (original equipment - manufacturer) part, find an aftermarket speaker that will work with your current wiring, or rerun your speaker wiring (not terrribly difficult, but should still be done by a professional.) Hope this helps.
if your asking if you can put subwoofers on the stock radio then no you have to have an aftermarket radio
== ==
put in the stock radio, does your car start, if it does then its the radio causing the problem, if not then more problems then the radio. if it does start with the stock radio in i would think the aftermarket radio is causing some kind of fault in the car, perhaps the radio is sending a faulty message in the i-bus telling the car not to start. i would jump out any bus wires so they are not routed through the aftermarket radio and see what happens. good luck.
No. If you have an AUX button then an aftermarket sat radio can be installed if not...then it isn't possible. If you have a BOSE radio then you will have to have GMC 'flash' your radio.
first don't remove your stock stereo if u havn"t already. The radio works with the carscomputer to reset codes and other stuff. you can get an adapter that turns your speaker wire on the back of the radio into left and right channel to hook up to an aftermarket amplifier. then hook up your new speakers and sub woofer to the amp and use the stock radio to get your grove on. or install an after market radio in the glove box or middle console but don't remove the stock radio. get rid of the stock amp not powerful enough.

To be exact, aftermarket wheels are way different than stock wheels. Aftermarket wheels are wheels that are sold after the stock wheels have been sold. Aftermarket wheels are also sold for a different amount of money than stock wheels.
