"Red or orange" skier down flag
In most states its red but in some its yellow. I would throw a red one on it and call it good.

A white light is the color of light that must be displayed on a vessel towing at night, I t must be displayed at 8.2 feet higher than the colored sidelights. It should have an all round white light visible for 2 miles.

Red or Orange
The Texas flag often is placed on a flagpole at the same height as the U.S. flag on its flagpole, and it's sometimes said that Texas is the only state that can do this. The explanation given is that Texas-unlike other states-was a Republic when in entered the Union. A (licensed?) tour guide of the Texas capital city of Austin tells this on his tours. It is an urban legend. All states can fly a state flag at the same height as the United States flag. However, if both flags are on the same flagpole, the U.S. flag code states that the United States flag must be on top. This urban legend has been spread by word of mouth for many years, but started appearing on the internet by at least 1994 on lists such as "useless facts" and "Texas facts."
They must display an orange flag on a pole at least 24 in. long whenever someone is preparing to ski or is in the water at all and the boat is not driving.
Rotate the right towing tube 180 degrees clockwise
To change the flag color you must first get your favorite color marker and color a whole piece of paper that color. When finished take the piece of paper and shove it up your rumpus like the loser you are because you use AOL.
In New Mexico, whenever a person on water skis or other towable water device has fallen down or is waiting to be picked up, a person aboard the towing vessel must display orange or red "skier down" flag
