What does the green ribbons on the pigs tails represent in animal farm?

They represent the bourgeoisie in the Russian Revolution and the way they gave the proletarians their means of production in exchange for the proletarians' labor. Mollie works for the separate farms (or the bourgeoisie) and in herself represents the proletarians. Think about it. Mollie is a white horse. The proletariates were represented by the color white in the Russian Revolution. The color red represented the bourgeoisie, and in the book, what color ribbons do the other farms give her? RED.
