It's one of the colours that white light splits into when it's passed through a prism.

The image formed on the screen of the pinhole camera is inverted because the aperture, which is a small hole, bends the light that enters the camera. This basically shows that light travels in straight line.

If the screen is actually white, it will absorb all light and appear black to your eye. If the screen appears white in normal light, all light will be reflected resulting in the combination of green and red (brown/yellow).

I am not exactly sure, but red and green paint together make brown.
A convex Lens forms a real, inverted image which can be displayed on a screen placed before the lens i.e, opposite the direction the light rays are coming from. A diminished image is formed at the focus when light rays from an object are focus on the screen.
The 'pixels' on a TV screen are red, blue, and green.
