brown i think
There are 3 primary colors so there are 3 on the color wheel.
The color brown occurs when the 3 primary colors overlap. Color theory teaches that mixing a primary color and its complementary secondary color will make brown. This works because the complementary secondary color contains the other two primary colors.
A brown- yucky color.
To make all colors in pigment the 3 primaries must be transparent. Transparent yellow is ASTM number PY150 made from the nickel element. Transparent magenta is PR122, C20H12N2O2. Transparent yellow and transparent magenta mix into the secondary pigment color red. The 3rd transparent primary pigment color is cyan, made from the copper element, PB15. Transparent yellow and transparent cyan make the secondary color green. Transparent cyan mixed with the the transparent magenta color make the secondary color ultramarine blue. Yellow, magenta and cyan are the primary pigment colors, red, green and blue are the secondary pigment colors. Light uses the opposite colors, the secondary pigment colors become the primary light colors. Red, yellow and blue are not the primary colors in pigment or in light. Those colors came from Newton in 1600 and they are just the most obvious colors in the prism and rainbow. RCW
It depends on whether you are talking about light or pigment. With light the primary colours are red, green & blue. With pigment (ink or paint) the primary colours are cyan (blue), magenta (pinky red) & yellowplus there is nearly always a black in printing as it is very difficult to make pure black with the primary colours The primary colours for pigment are red, yellow and blue. The secondary colours are purple, orange and green. Black is NOT a colour, it is a shade/tone.
The primary colors are red, blue, and yellow. You cannot mix other colors to get these 3 colors. Once you have these three colors you can mix almost any other color with them.
The 3 primary colors: Red, green and blue.
all 3 primary colors make brown. red, yellow, and blue. Blue is a true, pure, primary color, and is made of no colors other than blue.
There are 3 primary colors so there are 3 on the color wheel.
you cant green isnt a primary color. red and blue makes purple because blue and red are 2 of the 3 primary colors
the 3 colors of light make......white
The color brown occurs when the 3 primary colors overlap. Color theory teaches that mixing a primary color and its complementary secondary color will make brown. This works because the complementary secondary color contains the other two primary colors.
There are 3 primary colors, those being red, yellow, and blue. By mixing different combinations of those primary colors you will then get secondary colors. You must mix yellow and blue to get the secondary color of green.
a secondary color for instance mixing blue, and orange make brown... i think brown is an intermidiate colour anyway... right?? Red, Blue and yellow are the 3 primary colors. Example: if you mix blue and yellow you will get green, mix red and blue and you will get purple, mix red and yellow and you will get orange.
The 3 primary colors are red, yellow, and blue. The 3 secondary colors can be created by mixing 2 of the primary colors. They are orange, green, and purple.
red, yellow, blue, white and black 01/24/2010: White and Black are NOT primary colors. White is absent of color; none of the primary colors exist in White. You need primary colors to make other colors. If you were to mix together the 3 primary colors of red, yellow, and blue; don't be surprised when you see the result is Black. Black is all colors added and thus a made-color and combination of all colors.
Yellow orange is a tertiary color. It is made up of one primary color and one secondary color. In order to mix it from primary colors you would use 3 parts yellow and one part red.
