No color will mix with green to get blue. Blue is a primary color when mixed with another primary color, yellow, produces green.
Green can be mixed with the color as can yellow to make brown.
Yellow, a primary color, mixed with blue, another primary color, makes green.
The child's skin pigmentation would be that of a mixed race child. The African American albino parent is still African American. The parent just suffers from a genetic condition.

A mulatto is the child of one black parent and one white parent. It doesn't matter which parent is black or white. As long as one parent is black and one parent is white, then you are a mulatto.
Red and green are mixed to get the color yellow (and to get the colors orange and brown).
Mixing any color with black produces a shade of the original color. Mixing a color with white produces a tint of the original color.
