They are at the Aztec temple (5 o'clock, 1519 AD). In order to get them, you will need a warrior mask, which you can get from the old warrior at the third pyramid (far right). Once you have the mask, the guard (who would otherwise attack you) will give you the climbing goggles. (You will keep the Warrior Mask as a special item.)
