Disconnecting the positive battery terminal, waiting a few minutes and then connecting it back up works just as well to reset the ECU.
You do not need to remove a fuse at all. To reset the ECU on Honda Accords, just disconnect the negative battery cable (or whatever cable is ground) and wait for 15 minutes, then reconnect.
The O2 sensor isn't fused. It plugs straight into your ECU.
