Any color to give accent. Red would look great with a pair of red heels :)
Black is obvious, of course. Any shade of gray would be nice. A tweed that includes both black and pink would be perfect.

Why not!
Ordinarily, no, one would wear black shoes with a leopard print skirt or perhaps a tan that matched the beige in the skirt. However burgundy is not a total washout as you could wear burgundy shoes if you had a burgundy top or jacket.
Black. Navy blue is also acceptable, normally. Check with the show manager.
The dress code is "black on the outside" which means black pants or skirt on the bottom and on top a black shirt, jacket or sweater. If you wear layers, you can have any color or pattern under the sweater or jacket. They do not accept relaxed standards of dress so everything should be neat and professional. Accessories (like a scarf, belt or shoes) may be any color. I like to wear a nice black skirt with black boots and leggings and top it with a super bright silky blouse under a black jacket or sweater.
