all you need to do is get the colours red and yellow and then mix them and you should get brown !no that's orange
To make sepia, you need to mix the colours "Brown" and a little "Black".

This is only with light, if you shine red, blue and green ( the primary colours) at the same spot you will get white. But if you mix red, blue and yellow (the paint primary colours) you will get a brown, purpley colour.

When you mix complimentary colours (colours opposite one another on the colour wheel) you will get a brown or black.
In paint, black. In light, white. In practice, if you mix all paint colours, you get a murky dark brown close to black. But the theory outlined above is correct.
You can make brown paint with a bit of blue and lots of red and yellow. (the primary colours). To make brown with a tint of red, you just add more red depending on how red you want your brown. If that makes sense.
