It depends on the type of color scheme you're going for. If you want plain, bu nice, I would recommend grays or white with your blue. Or maybe you want cool and crazy, then I would say pair it with its contrasting color, orange and maybe throw some bright neons in as well, like neon pink or a green. It also all depends on the type of blue. So basically, it all depends on a lot of different things, as well as
personal taste.

They Blue jeans aren't actually blue, they are all of the other colours, EXCEPT for blue. Since it is all the colours EXCEPT blue, it absorbs all of the other colours and reflects the blue from it, causing it to look blue. :3 I JUST WENT SCIENTIFIC.
Yellow is a primary colour, it cannot be made of other colours. The primary colours are red, blue and yellow, and you can make all colours from those three, but cannot make them from other colours.
