Nowhere. Salerno stopped making them many years ago. I have found some people are confusing Nabisco's "Marshmallow Cookies" with the Hippodrome. Some are even saying Hippodromes never existed and were only called Marshmallow Cookies...NOT TRUE! I loved Hippodromes.

Finally someone else remembers Hippodrome cookies! I’ve been trying to remember the name of these and think I’ve spent 2 hours looking at discontinued cookies. These appear nowhere online. Thank you.

Absolutely they were called Hippodromes. i also keep seeing people confuse the plain circle marshmallow cookies with these. These were a square coconut cookie (similar to the classic coconut cookies Salerno used to sell, except soft) with a layer of marshmallow and a layer of jelly. Hippodromes were my favorite cookie and I got them every time I went to the store.

Hippodrome cookies were my absolute FAVORITE cookie of my childhood. Wish they would make them again...delicious! The cookie part was soooo crumbly and good :)
